nWe're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and drive product storytelling, campaigns, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. Ideal candidate will have experience in Insurance industry, expertise in B2B marketing, and a strong interest in travel. You will develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, develop strategic communication plans, manage brand messaging and social media, drive content creation, and support our business, product, and sales teams.

nThis is a full-time, onsite role based in Mumbai. We offer a high degree of creative freedom, competitive pay and a collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment with ESOPs to every employee.

nQualifications
n
- n
- 1 to 3 years of experience in developing online and offline marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably in the B2B spacen
- Experience with insurers or leading Insurtech firms will be a huge plusn
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skillsn
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analyticsn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up settingn
