About the Role :
As the Senior Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning across clusters, scaling new hoods, and building a strong supply base while maintaining world-class service standards. Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage a multi-layered team of Regional Cluster Manager (RCLMs) and Cluster Manager (CLMs) to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.
- Build a strong execution framework for daily city operations including booking loss reduction, Estimated Order Bridge (EOB) tracking, utilization monitoring, de-allocation control, and issue resolution.
Scaling Current Markets
- Drive cluster and hood launches by ensuring readiness across manpower, training, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless rollout and scalability of recent Zones.
People & Supply Management
- Own the performance management, and retention of service experts at hood and cluster levels.
- Implement robust attrition control mechanisms and foster a culture of accountability, agility, and ownership among teams.
Process Excellence & Metrics
- Track and manage critical operational KPIs (TAT, utilization, supply-demand match, service quality, and customer satisfaction).
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements, automation, and SOP standardization to drive efficiency and scalability.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with central operations, product, and leadership teams to align on priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver consistent cus
