nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Head – Business Development / Client Acquisition who will take the baton and lead from the front in acquiring new clients. The individual will work closely with the Co-founder and play a critical role in scaling the firm’s client portfolio,



especially within emerging market segments.

nKey Responsibilities
n* Drive new client acquisition and expand ABP’s footprint in emerging industries
n* Build and leverage solid relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and top management stakeholders
n* Identify and onboard retained search mandates
n* Develop and execute strategic business development plans
n* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates
n* Represent ABP in the market with strong credibility and thought leadership
n

nCandidate Profile
n* 10+ years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / closely related domains
n* Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
n* Strong network with senior leadership (CXO/CHRO level)
n* Experience working with or within an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
n* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independen
