nAbout the Position
nAmit Boliya Vidhya Niketan is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and passionate PGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning workplace for senior secondary students.
nKey Responsibilities

- Teach English to senior secondary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.n
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured and concept-based lessons.n
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening and critical-thinking skills.n
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers and other academic resources.n




- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.n
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.n
- Prepare students effectively for Board Examinations.n
- Maintain proper records of students' academic performance and progress.n
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and appropriate digital resources.n
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations, debates and other language-based activities.n
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.n
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' academic progress whenever required.n
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, workshops and other academic activities.n
- Contribute to the overall academic development and standards of the school.n
