Senior Accountant

nJob Description:

- n
- Work/Review on General Ledger (Month end activities), including bank reconciliation statements, Payroll accounting, Income Journal, Sales tax working/filing, Balance Sheet reconciliation for US companies.n
- Perform reconciliations / prepare monthly deliverables to the Management group for various financial reports.n
- Manage the activities performed by the assigned preparers daily and monitor their performance.n
- Error tracker to be prepared and presented to Management along with RCA (Root cause Analysis).n
- List out unreconciled items and resolve them promptly internally and as well as with the clientsn
- Follow up with Clients on aged and reconciling items and get a resolution.n
- Interact with Clients regularly through emails/callsn
- Monthly financial submissions to the Clientn
- Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client-specific mannern




- Update the Work allocation matrix on completion of tasks on hand to measure performance / prepare monthly KPI metricsn
- Escalate matters to the next level of Management for pending issuesn
- Adhere to information security and control proceduresn

nKnowledge & Skills Required:

- Ability to quickly interpret and evaluate the accuracy of data and informationn
- The ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesn
- Robust knowledge of accounting principlesn
- Knowledge and experience of accounting Software. Preferred experience /working knowledge in Oracle/M3/Yardin
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsn
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoftn
- Excel essentialsn
- Senior Accountant - 3 + Years of Experience in Finance and Accountingn

nWork Mode: Work from office(5 days a week)
nShift Timings: 7 PM - 4 AM (Fixed night shift)
nNotice Period: Immediate - 30 days
