About the role
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own the entire customer lifecycle at BiteSpeed — from onboarding and implementation to retention, renewals,



cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion.
This isn't a traditional customer success role focused only on support and relationship management. We're looking for someone who can build solid customer relationships while also identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue from existing accounts.
You'll work closely with customers to help them achieve their goals, maximize the value they derive from BiteSpeed, and uncover opportunities to expand their partnership with us.

What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end customer journey — onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor for your customers.
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation experience with faster time-to-value.
- Drive product adoption and customer engagement by helping customers unlock the full potential of BiteSpeed.
