nAs a BDE, you will interact with prospective clients, understand their requirements, generate new business opportunities, and contribute directly to the growth of the organization.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
n• Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
n• Present and explain our products/services to potential customers.
n• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.




n• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into business opportunities.
n• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, interactions, and conversions.
n• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
n• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
n• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
n• Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.

nREQUIREMENTS
n• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, MBA, or any relevant discipline.
n• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome.
n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n• Confidence in speaking with clients and handling professional conversations.
n• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
