nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Associate Manager – Real Estate to drive premium residential sales, manage client relationships, close high-value transactions, and mentor junior sales executives.




nThis is a leadership-track opportunity for an experienced real estate sales professional who is confident in consultative selling and wants to grow into a larger sales leadership role.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle and convert inbound leads for premium residential projects.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to site visits, presentations, negotiations, and closures.n
- Build robust, long-term relationships with clients through a consultative and trust-based approach.n
- Maintain strong knowledge of project pricing, inventory, offers, and market competition.n
- Guide and mentor junior Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.n
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales trackers, and performance reports.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and developer partners to ensure smooth deal closures.n
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.n
