nAbout the Role
nISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foundry Production lead to lead end-to-end foundry operations and drive excellence in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Lead melting, molding, core making, pouring, shakeout, fettling and related foundry operations.n
- Deliver production and customer commitments through effective planning and resource utilization.n
- Drive improvements in casting yield, productivity, furnace utilization and manufacturing efficiency.n
- Reduce rejection, rework and casting defects through systematic RCA and process improvement.n
- Ensure adherence to metallurgical,



process and quality standards.n
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Purchase teams for seamless operations.n
- Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen, cost-reduction and continuous-improvement initiatives.n
- Ensure a solid culture of shop-floor safety, compliance and operational discipline.n
- Build, develop and lead high-performing production teams across shifts.n

nIdeal Candidate
n

n
- n
- 18–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy engineering / large foundry operations.n
- Strong hands-on experience in large/heavy ferrous castings.n
- Proven track record in improving yield, productivity, quality and cost.n
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.n
