nPrerequisites of the Job:

- n
- Should have experience executing office/commercial property acquisition and leasing transactions.n
- Should have strong relationships with landlords and property owners in Chennai and Coimbatoren
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship management skills.n
- Experience working on Revenue Sharing / Management Contract deals is a plusn
- Understanding of CRM tools, Zoho is a plusn
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentationn
- Excellent verbal communication skillsn

nRoles and Responsibilities :

- Experience in transaction execution (Client meetings, understanding requirement and specifications, LOI/ATL, Lease Deed, deal closure and LD registration).n




- Good relationship with relevant developers and clients.n
- Doing location analysis and best Product fit for the micro marketn
- In Depth market research and intel of the micro marketn
- Maintaining excellent brokers relations and market reachn
- Creating property options and filtering the best fit options from the marketn
- Doing site visits and preparing an in depth property specification report.n
- Gathering property specific market intel in terms of competition and market rentaln
- Running financial numbers and feasibility reportsn
- Communicating with internal and external clients & channel partnersn
- Keeping schedules, meetings and team work progress intactn
