nRole Summary
nThe Ayurveda Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the hospital.
nWe have opened integrative Diabetes Clinic in collaboration with Dr. RK Diabetic Foot and Podiatry Institute.
nThe role involves guiding patients to the Ayurveda kiosk, introducing them to the available Ayurveda services, answering basic queries, and coordinating consultations with the Ayurveda doctor.

nKey Responsibilities
nWelcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
nIdentify patients who may benefit from Ayurveda services.




nGuide patients to the Ayurveda kiosk.
nExplain the benefits and availability of Ayurveda treatment in easy, patient-friendly language.
nEncourage eligible patients to meet the Ayurveda doctor for a consultation.
nCoordinate appointments and manage patient flow to the consultation room.
nMaintain records of patient interactions, referrals, and consultations.
nFollow up with patients when required.
nWork closely with doctors and hospital staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kiosk.

nRequired Skills
nExcellent communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi is an added advantage.
nFriendly, polite, and patient attitude.
nConfident and proactive personality.
nAbility to approach and engage patients comfortably.
nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.
nGood organizational and coordination abilities.
nBasic computer and smartphon
