Senior Payroll & Accounting Specialist – ADP & QuickBooks
nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & Accounting Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, accounting operations, and financial administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ADP and QuickBooks, with a proven ability to manage payroll, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and support day-to-day accounting activities.

- Process and manage end-to-end payroll using ADP for employees on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.n
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, deductions, benefits, taxes, and other payroll-related information.n
- Handle payroll tax filings, reporting, and compliance requirements.n
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.n
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.n
- Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks.n
- Perform bank, credit card,



and general ledger reconciliations.n
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.n
- Generate financial and payroll reports for management.n
- Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and outstanding receivables.n
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.n
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting and payroll records.n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable payroll regulations.n
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and management teams to resolve payroll and accounting issues.n
