About Team Pumpkin
Team Pumpkin is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Print to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of print design, typography, layouts, colour theory, and production processes. You will work closely with creative directors, copywriters, marketing teams, vendors, and clients to develop high-quality print creatives that effectively communicate brand messages.

Key Responsibilities
Print Design
- Create visually appealing designs for brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, standees, banners, hoardings, packaging, catalogues, magazines, invitations, corporate collaterals, and other print materials.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and client requirements.
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into effective print-ready designs.

Concept Development
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters,



and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts for print campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts that communicate the intended message while maintaining strong brand identity.
- Adapt existing digital creatives into suitable print formats where required.

Print Production & Pre-Press
- Prepare artwork according to printer and production specifications.
- Ensure correct CMYK colour modes, bleed, margins, crop marks, resolution, image quality, and file formats before final submission.
- Conduct thorough checks for alignment, typography, spelling, image quality, and other production-related details.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to resolve artwork and production-related queries.
- Review proofs and incorporate corrections before final production.

Brand Consistency
- Ensure all print creatives follow established brand guidelines, including typography, colour palettes, imagery, logos, and visual language.
