? Role: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing) – 5 Openings
? Experience: 0–3 Years
? Location: Hyderabad (In office)
? Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

? Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
- Build strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors & Implementation Partners
- Hands-on experience in C2C marketing & requirement analysis
- Coordinate with recruiters & clients for quick closures
- Negotiate rates & finalize contracts
- Ensure consistent follow-ups & submissions
- Mentor junior recruiters (for experienced candidates)

✅ Requirements:
- Experience in US IT Bench Sales (preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Familiarity with US job portals & vendor network
