nType: Full-time (Night Shift – U.S. Hours)
nWork Week: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday is weekly off)
nTimings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

nWhat You'll Be Doing (Don't worry, we train you on everything)

- Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.n
- Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interestn
- Booking appointments for our partner real estate agentsn
- Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMSn
- Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)n
- Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniquesn
- Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 monthsn
