About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate – Investment Due Diligence to support the evaluation of investment opportunities.




The role will involve conducting commercial, financial, operational, and business due diligence and providing analytical insights to support investment decisions.
You will work closely with the investment team to evaluate businesses, assess risks, analyse financial performance, and prepare recommendations for the Investment Committee.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse financial statements and business performance.
- Build and analyse financial models for investment evaluation.
- Conduct business and commercial analysis of potential investments.
- Perform industry research, market sizing, and competition benchmarking.
- Evaluate key business, financial, operational, and investment risks.
- Assess management teams and business fundamentals.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance, and other advisors during the due diligence process.
