- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals. N
- Identify and engage potential clients and business partners. N
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure. N
- Drive client onboardingand ensure a smooth transition. N
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. N
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. N
- Research new markets and identify potential business opportunities. N
- Track sales activities,pipeline, and performance against targets. N

nWhat we're lookingfor

- Excellent commandof English is mandatory. N
- 4–5 years of experiencein Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships. N
- Proven track record in lead generation,



client acquisition, and deal closure. N
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. N
- Experience in engaging and converting business owners and key decision-makers. N
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle. N
- Solid relationship-building, follow-up, and account management skills. N
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and a proactive approach. N
- Ability to identify andconvert new business opportunities. N
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. N
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and sales tools. N
