We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Team Lead) — Kolhapur ?
nEkam Invento (Ekam Interface Pvt. Ltd.) — India's B2B marketplace for liquidating surplus industrial inventory — is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to lead our Kolhapur team and own our buyer-acquisition and campaign engine.
nIf you love the chase of finding the right buyer, closing deals, and building long-term relationships across India's industrial ecosystem, this is your role.
n? Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra (with Pan-India travel as required)
n? Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development / Sales / B2B trading
n? Type: Full time, on-site + field
nWhat you'll do

- n
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team at our Kolhapur basen
- Act as Campaign Manager — plan, run, and track buyer outreach campaigns for surplus/liquidation lots end to endn
- Identify and connect with buyers — traders, bulk buyers, retrofitters, repair companies,



and retailers — for moving surplus inventoryn
- Travel Pan-India whenever required to meet buyers, inspect deals, and close on groundn
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partnersn
- Drive targets, report on pipeline, and turn campaigns into confirmed dealsn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- 3–5 years of proven B2B business development, sales, or industrial trading experiencen
- A natural relationship-builder who can also lead a small teamn
- Willingness and readiness to travel across Indian
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathin
- Comfort with industrial products, distributors, and MSME buyers is a big plusn
- Self-starter energy — someone who owns outcomes, not just activityn
