We are seeking a energetic and strategic Head of Talent Management - India to lead the organization's talent strategy and drive a high-performance culture across India operations. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent management initiatives covering workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, competency management, learning & development, employee engagement, and talent review processes.

The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to ensure the organization attracts, develops, engages, and retains top talent while building a future-ready workforce aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management
- Lead the performance management framework and annual performance cycle.
- Drive goal setting, continuous feedback, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
- Ensure performance management practices support a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze performance data and recommend actions to improve organizational effectiveness.





Succession Planning & Leadership Development
- Design and implement succession planning processes for critical and leadership positions.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Lead leadership development programs to build future organizational leaders.
- Monitor leadership bench strength and succession readiness.

Learning & Development
- Develop and implement organization-wide learning and development strategies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessments.
- Design capability-building programs for technical, functional, and leadership competencies.
- Work with external training partners and educational institutions to enhance learning initiatives.

Talent Reviews & Career Development
- Facilitate annual talent review discussions with business leaders.
- Establish career frameworks and internal mobility programs.
