We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mumbai. This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals .
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate resumes.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, location, work authorization, and employment terms to candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information in internal databases/recruitment systems.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Meet assigned sourcing and submission targets.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills .
- Basic understanding of the IT industry and common technical roles .
- Ability to understand and interpret IT job descriptions.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift timings .
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
