Role Overview
The role will support the design, planning, and execution of employee engagement, rewards & recognition, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the HR team and key business stakeholders to create meaningful employee experiences, strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee connect, and build a compelling employer brand across internal and external platforms. The role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of key employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including monthly celebrations such as Victory Vibes, quarterly and annual awards, annual conferences, employee events, and employer branding campaigns.
Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, employer branding, internal communications, social media, events, or related HR roles.
Relevant Experience
- Experience in FMCG, consumer, pharmaceutical, retail,



or other fast-paced organizations will be preferred.
- Experience in managing employee events, recognition programs, and large-scale organization-wide initiatives will be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
- Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar in alignment with the organization’s culture, people priorities, and business agenda.
- Conceptualize and coordinate monthly employee engagement and celebration initiatives, including Victory Vibes, employee recognition moments, festival celebrations, wellness activities, and other employee-connect programs.
- Drive creative and inclusive engagement initiatives across employees, teams, functions, and locations.
- Support the design and execution of employee experience initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, recognition, and organizational pride.
