Role overview

The Listing and Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing and driving the overall performance of reservations and property listings across The Hosteller portfolio. The role will sit within the Sales team and will have a strong focus on guest engagement, OTA/listing performance, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate should combine solid sales orientation, hospitality knowledge, analytical ability, guest communication skills, and OTA/listing expertise.





Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reservation and listing operations across assigned properties, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and revenue optimisation
- Handle guest communication across phone, email, chat, and other relevant channels, providing accurate pre-arrival information and resolving queries promptly
- Review and validate incoming reservations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, payment status, and compliance with applicable booking policies
- Coordinate with property and internal teams to ensure seamless handover of guest information, special requests, payment details, and other booking requirements
- Drive reservation conversions by proactively following up on enquiries, abandoned bookings, pending payments, and other potential booking opportunities
