About the Role
nGyFTR is seeking a seasoned and strategic VP – Key Account Management to lead revenue growth, manage marquee partnerships, and drive large-scale business outcomes across B2B, banking, and enterprise ecosystems. This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of key accounts, P&L;, and team performance.
n Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
n1. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

- Own and drive overall revenue targets across B2B, banking, corporate partnerships, and marketplace channelsn
- Deliver on quarterly and annual revenue goalsn
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-value clients and strategic partnersn
- Expand category offerings and maximize wallet share across accountsn

n2. Strategic Partnerships & Key Account Management

- Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships with banks, corporates, and channel partnersn
- Own and grow marquee accounts across banking, PSU, and enterprise segmentsn
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and close large-scale dealsn
- Drive long-term account retention, growth,

n3. Product & Integration Excellence

- Ensure seamless integration and execution across client platformsn
- Collaborate closely with product and tech teams for onboarding and delivery excellencen
- Drive adoption of APIs, rewards infrastructure, and catalog solutionsn
- Enhance client experience through operational efficiency and innovationn

n4. P&L; Ownership & Commercial Optimization

- Own and manage P&L; for key accounts and business verticalsn
- Optimize margins across categories, partnerships, and offeringsn
- Define pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, and commercial modelsn
- Continuously monitor cost vs revenue to ensure sustainable and scalable growthn
