About the Role MEICON is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman to support drafting and documentation activities for transit-oriented projects .
The selected candidate will prepare detailed electrical drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, cable-routing plans,



and construction documentation using MicroStation and AutoCAD . The role requires close coordination with electrical engineers, multidisciplinary project teams, project managers, and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings for transit-oriented projects, including:
- Single-line diagrams
- Power-distribution layouts
- Lighting and emergency-lighting layouts
- Panel and equipment schedules
- Cable layouts and routing plans
- Earthing, grounding, and bonding layouts
- Conduit, cable-tray, and trench-routing plans
- Electrical-room and equipment layouts
- Fire-alarm and life-safety system layouts
- Communications and low-voltage system layouts
- Develop and modify electrical drawings using MicroStation , AutoCAD, and other relevant drafting platforms.
- Convert engineering sketches, technical markups, field information, and design inputs into accurate drawings.
