We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in digital advertising to lead new business acquisition and drive growth across existing client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid commercial acumen, a deep understanding of digital and creative services, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships in a fast-evolving, AI-driven landscape.

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across key industries and global marketsn
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targetsn
- Lead end-to-end pitch processes, including RFP responses, presentations, and negotiationsn
- Build a strong pipeline through networking, industry events, and partnershipsn
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling servicesn
- Build and nurture senior client relationships as a trusted advisorn
- Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings (creative, social, digital, AI-led solutions)n
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy,



and delivery teams to craft compelling solutionsn
- Leverage offshore delivery models to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalabilityn
- Stay updated on digital, social, and creative industry trendsn
- Understand the competitive landscape and position offerings effectivelyn
- Represent the organization in industry forums and client meetingsn

nKey Requirements:

- n
- 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in digital agency environmentsn
- Proven track record in client acquisition and account growthn
- Experience working with global agency networks or international clientsn
- Strong exposure to creative, social, and digital marketing servicesn
- Familiarity with offshore delivery models and distributed teamsn
- Exposure to AI-led production, automation, or emerging marketing technologies is a strong advantagen
