n Key responsibilities:

- n
- Edit short-form Videos/Reels, YouTube shorts, and other social-first video contentn
- Support video production, including shoot planning, coordination and executionn
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to bring creative ideas to lifen
- Handle basic shooting and production requirements when requiredn
- Add graphics, transitions, captions, music and other elements to videosn
- Create basic social media creatives, thumbnails, banners and other graphic assetsn
- Repurpose existing/long-form content into engaging short-form formatsn
- Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining quality and brand consistencyn

n Ideal skills:
n
- n
- Solid video editing skills with proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar toolsn
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-first video formatsn
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition and current content trendsn
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustratorn
- Basic production and shooting knowledgen
- Ability to independently take a project from brief to final outputn
- Prior experience in a digital media/content environment would be preferredn
