NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our network of pay-per-call
Npublishers across US verticals (Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Home Services, Auto, etc.). This
Nrole owns publisher relationships end-to-end - from recruitment to performance optimization to
Npayout negotiation - and works closely with the buyer/campaign team to keep call quality,
Nvolume, and margins healthy.
NKey Responsibilities
n● Recruit, onboard, and manage US-based pay-per-call publishers/affiliates across
Nassigned verticals
n● Monitor daily campaign performance (RPC, conversion rate, duplicate/invalid call rates)
Nusing Ringba/Everflow andtake corrective action on underperforming publishers
N● Negotiate payouts, caps, and routing rules with publishers to maximize margin without
Nsacrificing volume
n● Work with the buyer team to match publisher call quality to buyer requirements and
Nresolve disputes
n● Track compliance issues (TCPA, DNC scrubbing,



call recording consent) in publisher
Ntraffic
n● Identify and onboard current traffic sources (SEO, paid search, social, IVR, native) to
Ndiversify publisher mix
N● Build and maintain reporting on publisher × campaign × buyer performance;

N● Run capacity checks with buyers to ensure publisher volume is fully absorbed
N● Coordinate with legal/compliance on publisher T&Cs; and contract terms
N● Represent the company at industry conferences (Affiliate Summit, Leadscon, etc.) as

nRequirements
N● 2+ years in pay-per-call, affiliate marketing, or performance lead generation for the US
Nmarket
n● Hands-onexperience with Ringba, CallGrid, or similar tracking platforms
N● Strong grasp of US insurance/home services/legal verticals (ACA, Medicare, Final
NExpense, Auto, Roofing, Solar, etc.) is a plus
N● Comfortable reading andacting on call-level dat
