nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Client Relationship & Pre-Sales Manager to manage customer communication from the initial enquiry through pre-sales, site visits, booking and post-sales coordination.
nThe person will be expected to understand customer requirements, manage consistent follow-ups, support conversions, maintain accurate lead information and ensure that customers receive timely and skilled communication throughout their journey.




nThe selected candidate will report directly to the owner.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as a senior point of contact for prospective and existing customersn
- Manage enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns and other lead sourcesn
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferences and purchase timelinesn
- Qualify leads and prioritise follow-ups based on customer intentn
- Explain project details, pricing, configurations and sales processes clearlyn
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales teamn
- Follow up with customers after site visits and support the conversion processn
- Manage customer communication from enquiry through booking and post-salesn
- Coordinate documentation, payment milestone communication and customer updatesn
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules and lead statusesn
- Ensure no enquiry or customer commitment is m
