Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead (Automation) with solid technical knowledge and proven team management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting, guiding, and managing the automation engineering team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards. The role will focus on technical leadership, project coordination, troubleshooting support, team development, and client coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the automation engineering team by allocating tasks, managing workload, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance and support.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in PLC, SCADA, HMI, communication, troubleshooting, commissioning,



and system integration activities.
- Review and guide PLC/SCADA designs, system architecture, technical deliverables, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities, ensuring the team is adequately prepared and supported.
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project deliverables and technical documentation, including FDS, SDS, I/O lists, test plans, commissioning documents, and user manuals, to ensure quality and completeness.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical and resource risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines, engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
