n1. Why this role exists
n

n63SATS is in the middle of a shift from a services business to a product and IP business, across three demand curves at once: enterprise security, sovereign and critical-infrastructure defence, and consumer protection. The Joint MD & Joint CEO carries the strategy, the customer-facing load, board and regulatory obligations, and a set of external commitments that come with the seat.
nThe binding constraint on that office is not ideas or effort. It is bandwidth, follow-through and preparation. Too much time goes into scheduling friction, chasing internal closure, assembling context before meetings, and re-explaining decisions that were already taken.
nThis role exists to remove that drag. Not a diary manager. A second brain and an enforcement arm for the office: someone who understands the substance of the work well enough to prepare for it, track it and close it.

n2. Scope of the mandate
n2.1 Executive office and time governance
n• Own the calendar end to end.



Protect deep-work blocks with the same seriousness as customer meetings.
n• Run inbox triage: separate what needs a decision, what needs a draft, what needs delegation, and what needs nothing.
n• Prepare a written brief before every external meeting: who they are, what they want, what we want, the last three interactions, and the decision to be taken.
n• Maintain a single live commitment tracker across all mandates: what was promised, to whom, by when, current status.
n• Run the weekly operating rhythm: agenda, pre-reads, minutes, action owners, deadlines, and relentless follow-up until closure.
n• Manage domestic and international travel, visas, protocol and logistics, including government and defence-adjacent engagements where formality matters.

n2.2 Business and analytical support
n• Build and edit first-cut decks, proposals, board notes and one-pagers to a standard that requires refinement, not reconstruction.
