Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both graphic design and motion graphics/video editing, with a solid understanding of creating engaging visual content for digital and B2B marketing.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Create engaging visual designs for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. N
- Design and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, product videos, and motion graphics for digital platforms. N
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into creative visual concepts. N
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creatives. N
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content. N
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and digital advertising campaigns. N
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. N
- Stay updated with current design,

- Explore and incorporateAI-powered design and creative tools to improve creative quality and workflow. N

nRequired Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite N
- Proficiency in Canva N
- Strong understanding oftypography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy N
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing N
- Basic understanding of AI-based design and creative tools N
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail N

nPreferred Experience:

- Previous experience working in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Cybersecurity companies. N
- Experience creating creatives for B2B digital marketing, Social media, and paid advertising campaigns. N
- Understanding of how design and motion graphics can support lead generation and marketing campaigns. N
