Role Summary We are looking for a Talent & Culture Lead who will design,



build, and own the entire people function across both organisations.
This is not a transactional HR role. This is a strategic builder role responsible for:
- Designing hiring roadmaps
- Building recruitment engines
- Creating performance systems
- Establishing training frameworks
- Developing leadership pipelines
- Strengthening organisational culture
- Ensuring compliance and governance

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in high-growth environments, building systems from scratch, and partnering closely with founders and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Build annual and quarterly hiring roadmaps for both organisations.
- Design competency frameworks for technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Own full recruitment lifecycle:
- JD creation
- Sourcing strategy
- Screening & interviewing
- Offer negotiation
- Onbo
