As we expand our school partnerships across India, we are looking for a School Success Manager who can take ownership of schools after commercial closure and ensure successful onboarding, activation, adoption, engagement, and long-term retention.
About the RoleThis is not a traditional customer-support role.
The School Success Manager will act as the primary relationship and implementation owner for assigned schools, working closely with principals, coordinators, teachers, parents, students, and PrepGraph's internal technical and sales teams.
You will be responsible for taking a school from:




Agreement → Onboarding → Teacher Training → Student Activation → Adoption → School Success → Renewal
The role will combine remote account management with regular school visits across the assigned region, particularly during rollout, training, low-adoption interventions, and management reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned school accounts after completion of the sales process.
- Conduct school kickoff and implementation planning.
- Coordinate collection of student, teacher, class, and onboarding information.
- Ensure school, teacher, and student accounts are successfully configured.
- Coordinate and conduct teacher onboarding and training.
- Support student and parent onboarding activities.
- Manage school launch and activation milestones.
- Track student activation, engagement, and platform usage.
- Identify low-usage schools or classes and implement corrective action.
