We are seeking an experienced EMEA IT Recruiter with a robust track record in sourcing, assessing, and hiring technology professionals across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers to attract top IT talent across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle hiring requirements across EMEA countries for permanent, contract, and project-based positions.
- Ensure timely delivery against recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.

Technical Talent Acquisition
- Recruit for a wide range of IT roles, including:
- Software Developers (Java, .NET, Python)
- DevOps & Cloud Engineers
- Network & Infrastructure Engineers
- IT Support Specialists
- SAP & ERP Consultants
- Oracle Professionals
- QA & Test Automation Engineers
- Cybersecurity Specialists
- Data Engineers & BI Professionals




- Conduct initial technical and competency-based screening interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to validate candidate suitability and technical capabilities.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean search techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche technology skill sets.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research across EMEA regions.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and hiring insights.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to internal stakeholders.

Candidate Experience
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure adherence to employer branding standards.
