Job Title: Senior Team Leader Training – Content Moderation

About the Role: As a Senior Training Team Leader, you will be in a more strategic and leadership oriented role, actively participating in high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Your pivotal role involves shaping the team's strategy and direction. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and advisor to both fellow team leads and team members, leveraging your extensive experience and deeper understanding of the industry and organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively participate in significant decision-making processes at a strategic level
- Take on a mentoring role, providing guidance not only to the immediate team but also potentially to other teams or team leads, contributing to the development and improvement of team processes
- Play an active role in long-term planning and the establishment of strategic objectives for both the team and the organization
- Engage in collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely attainment of strategic outcomes





Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Must have experience managing 3+ trainers or entire shift directly with minimum supervision for >
3+ years and with >
=4 rating for last 12 months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to manage daily interactions effectively. Along with good process knowledge, analytical abilities, and presentation skills
- Must be adaptable to different shifts and workdays as per process requirements
- Possesses a diplomatic and transparent communication style with strong writing skills
- Maintains a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute to a vibrant and diverse culture
