I'm looking for a Visual Designer & Marketer to join our in-house team in Powai, Mumbai.

This role is for someone who enjoys making things. Someone who likes solving problems, learning quickly, and working across design and different areas of marketing instead of specializing in just one.
You should be a strong visual designer, but also be curious about marketing — understanding audiences, thinking about content and campaigns, writing copy, and figuring out what makes people notice, engage and act.
What matters most
I'm less interested in where you've worked and more interested in how you work.
These three qualities matter the most:
- You believe in hustle. Not the burnout kind, but the kind where you genuinely enjoy doing outstanding work and pushing beyond "good enough."
- You naturally overdeliver. If the brief asks for one option, your instinct is to explore three. You take pride in the quality of your work.
- You work well with ownership. You don't need constant follow-ups or micromanagement. You can take responsibility for a problem and drive it forward.

Skills we're looking for




Visual design is the most important part of the role. But you should also be comfortable working across different areas of marketing.
You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be reasonably strong (around 7/10 or above) in most of these:
- Graphic / visual design
- Video editing
- Copywriting
- Presentation design
- Understanding of social media platforms and content
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling
- Being comfortable with technology and AI tools
- Basic understanding of marketing and how different channels work

You don't need to already be a marketing strategist. Marketing strategy is something I can teach.
Taste, curiosity, and execution are much harder to teach.

- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn and Instagram personal bra
