Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team.



The ideal candidate will focus exclusively on onboarding new sellers and ensuring their smooth onboarding and activation on our marketplace platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to guide sellers through the onboarding process efficiently, with a deep understanding of supplier clusters and the broader supplier base.
Seller Identification and Outreach:
- Identify potential sellers & manufactures across various categories to join the platform, with a particular focus on leveraging knowledge of supplier clusters and regional supplier bases for fashion category.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with sellers through direct communication, industry events, and partnerships.

Onboarding Process Management:
- Guide sellers through the end-to-end onboarding process, including commercial alignment, curation, agreement finalization, and account setup.
