Job Summary
We are looking for an Marketplace Associate/ Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and growth of our marketplace business. The candidate will be responsible for managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce , ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory, pricing, cataloguing and sales tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms .
- Monitor daily sales, orders, inventory, pricing and product availability .
- Manage and maintain product listings, catalogues, content, images and pricing.
- Track SKU-wise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely inwarding and replenishment.
- Ensure products are live, in stock and correctly mapped across platforms.
- Monitor marketplace offers, discounts and pricing to ensure correct brand positioning.
- Track cancellations, returns, damages and other operational metrics.
- Coordinate with marketplace KAMs and platform teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support new SKU launches and ensure timely onboarding across platforms.
