Role Overview




We are looking for a Senior Growth Associate – International Marketplaces to help build and scale The Souled Store across international markets. You will work across marketplaces and social-commerce platforms such as Amazon Global, Noon, Namshi, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other relevant platforms, depending on the market. This is a highly hands-on, entrepreneurial role. You will work across marketplace growth, performance marketing, content-led commerce, creator/affiliate marketing, catalog optimization, analytics and international expansion. You don't need to have extensive international experience. What matters more is that you understand e-commerce/marketplaces, are comfortable with numbers, have strong execution skills, are curious about consumer behavior and can figure things out in a new market.
