NRole Objective:
NThe Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying business
Nopportunities, generatingenquiries, securing purchase orders, and expanding the company's
Ncustomer base across the CATV, OFC, OPGW, and Telecom Infrastructure sectors.
NThis is a hands-on business development role requiring the candidate to build business from
Nscratch, develop new customer relationships, create market presence, and establish sustainable
Nsales channels across India.
NThe role requires proactive market development, customer engagement, sales closure, and
Ntender opportunity tracking to drive sustainable revenue growth.
NKey Responsibilities:
N1. Business Development &Sales;

- Generate new business opportunities and secure orders for OFC, CATV, OPGW, and
Nrelated telecom cable products.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
No Multi System Operators (MSOs)




No Local Cable Operators (LCOs)
No Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
No Telecom Operators
no EPC Contractors
No System Integrators
no Broadband Service Providers
No Corporate & Enterprise Network Customers

- Identify new customers and business opportunities in untapped territories.

- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical-commercial
Ndiscussions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into
Npurchase orders.

- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline independently.
N2. Market Development:

- Develop current markets andsales channels for OFC, CATV, and OPGW products.

- Establish dealer, distributor, channel partner, and institutional customer networks.

- Conduct market researchand competitor analysis.
