The Role
We are looking for a treasury professional to own day-to-day lender relationships and lead new lender origination. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role: you will be the primary point of contact for our lender panel, run the data and reporting that lenders and rating agencies depend on, and take recent relationships from first conversation through to disbursement.
You will work directly with the CFO on pricing strategy and negotiation, and will be expected to bring an independent point of view on where the market is and what we should be paying.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lender Relationship Management
- Own day-to-day relationships across a panel of ~25 lenders and 50+ live facilities spanning banks, NBFCs, AIFs and family offices.
- Serve as the single point of contact for lender queries, periodic reviews, site visits and audit requirements.
- Drive limit enhancements and renewals with existing lenders, building the internal case and shepherding it through their credit process.
- Maintain a live relationship map — sanction status, utilisation, pricing, covenants,



renewal dates and key contacts.

2. New Lender Origination
- Build and run a structured pipeline of prospective lenders, with a specific mandate to materially increase the share of bank funding in the borrowing mix.
- Originate and lead first conversations with public sector banks, private banks, small finance banks, NBFCs and institutional investors.
- Prepare and present the credit story — information memoranda, data books, financial packs and lender presentations.
- Manage the full cycle from initial pitch through due diligence, credit committee queries, term sheet negotiation, documentation and disbursement.

3. Lender Reporting, Data & Compliance
- Own the monthly and quarterly lender reporting calendar — data packs, portfolio cuts, stock and book-debt statements, end-use certificates and no-default statements.
