Hiring | Assistant Sales Manager – Prime LAP
nLocation: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Pune/Mumbai
nProduct: Prime LAP | ₹50L–₹2 Cr ticket size
nWe are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive business through DSA & Connector channels and lead a team of 3–5 Sales Managers.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDrive Prime/Near Prime LAP sales & disbursements
nManage, develop & expand DSA/Connector networks
nLead, mentor & drive productivity of the sales team
nEnsure strong lead conversion, TAT & file quality
nIdentify recent markets and business opportunities
nCoordinate with Credit, Legal & Operations for smooth processing
nMonitor MIS, pipeline and business performance
nIdeal Candidate:
nExperience in LAP / Secured Lending / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking
nStrong DSA & Connector network
nProven team management & business delivery skills
nGood understanding of ₹50L–₹2 Cr ticket-size LAP business
