nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Lead to lead and scale our K-5 business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and creating a scalable sales engine for one of our fastest-growing business verticals.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer sales, experience leading large sales teams, and a proven track record of consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets.

nKey Responsibilities




nBusiness Leadership

- Own the P&L; and revenue targets for the K-5 business.n
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.n
- Identify current growth opportunities across markets and customer segments.n
- Drive business planning, forecasting and sales performance reviews.n

nSales Team Leadership

- Build, mentor and lead high-performing inside sales teams.n
- Define sales goals, KPIs and productivity metrics.n
- Coach frontline managers to improve conversions and sales effectiveness.n
- Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.n

nRevenue & Performance Management

- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.n
- Analyse funnel metrics including lead-to-enrolment conversion, productivity, revenue per counsellor and sales cycle.n
