nBroker Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and lending partnersn
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned broker accountsn
- Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, education, and exceptional customer servicen




- Identify opportunities to expand existing broker relationships and generate recent businessn

nBusiness Development

- Prospect and onboard new mortgage broker partnersn
- Conduct outbound sales activities to increase loan volume and market sharen
- Present the company's loan products, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clientsn
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goalsn

nLoan Scenario Support

- Review and discuss loan scenarios with brokers to determine product eligibilityn
- Recommend appropriate loan programs based on borrower qualificationsn
- Provide guidance regarding underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and program overlaysn
- Partner with internal operations and underwriting teams to facilitate successful loan submissionsn
