About the Role
We are looking for a Lead / Senior Business Analyst to solve complex business problems through data and analytics. The role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to structure problems, analyze data, identify opportunities and risks, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
The role is analytics and SQL driven,



with exposure to BI/visualization tools, advanced spreadsheets and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand problems, define analytical requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps and root causes.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets, metrics and reporting frameworks to support business decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations and business actions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI.
- Build advanced Excel / Google Sheets models for analysis, scenario planning and business cases.
- Track key business metrics and proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
