We’re looking for a People & Culture Associate to join our growing team and take ownership of core people processes across the employee lifecycle.

About the Role
We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to own and execute core people processes across the employee lifecycle. The role will work closely with the founder to build scalable people practices across hiring, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, employee documentation, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace, taking ownership of processes from the ground up, and balancing people-centric thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across leadership, associate, and internship roles.
- Partner with the founder to understand hiring requirements, define role expectations, and plan workforce requirements.
- Manage sourcing,



screening, assessments, interviews, selection, offer management, and pre-joining coordination.
- Develop customised screening questionnaires, assignments, interview scorecards, and evaluation frameworks for different roles.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support hiring decisions while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, campus hiring, and other relevant channels.
- Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's employer presence and talent pipeline.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from joining to exit.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Manage joining formalities, employee verification, HR documentation, and other employee lifecycle processes.
