About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive to support our growing business.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, understand their requirements, qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

This is a remote chance for someone who is confident speaking with people, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by achieving performance targets. Training on our products, services, and calling process will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and introduce our products/services.
- Understand client requirements, interests, budget, timeline, and potential needs.
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Schedule appointments or consultations with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in Excel/CRM.




- Follow up with interested prospects and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Support ongoing lead-generation activities.
- Submit daily activity, calling, and lead-status reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Previous experience in sales or lead generation is highly preferred.

Performance Targets
- Complete assigned target successfully for outbound client connects per week.
- Maintain accurate remarks and updates for all assigned leads in Excel/CRM.
