About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and commercially oriented Senior Manager / AVP – Business Development & Sales to lead business development and client acquisition across the assigned region.
This is an ownership-driven role for a qualified who can independently identify opportunities, open new accounts, build senior relationships, develop markets,
and convert prospects into high-value business mandates.
The ideal candidate will have an established network across real estate developers, hotel owners, investors, promoters, and senior decision-makers, along with a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Independently generate leads, acquire new clients, and convert opportunities into mandates.
Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, hotel owners, investors, promoters, and key stakeholders.
Leverage existing industry relationships while continuously expanding the professional network.
Conduct regular market mapping to identify upcoming projects, developers, investors, and potential clients.
