2. About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally bright, high-energy graduate who combines analytical rigor with strong communication skills as our Sales & Growth Operations Intern. In this dual-impact role, you will bridge the gap between digital marketing and revenue generation—managing daily campaign tracking, attribution dashboards, and ad operations while executing consultative B2B outreach, inbound inquiry handling, and pipeline management for EMERGENCE '26.

3. What You Will Build & Own
Campaign & Pipeline Analytics Dashboards: Build, maintain, and update daily tracking sheets logging ad spend, clicks, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, alongside pipeline conversion metrics.
B2B Lead Generation & Account Mapping:



Research and construct targeted B2B lead lists of enterprise founders, training managers, HR heads, and senior technology leaders across regional technology corridors.
Inbound Channels & Conversational Triage: Own front-line response channels across WhatsApp Business, email, and website chat to ensure rapid, qualified follow-up with prospective CXO and developer participants.
Creative Asset & Landing Page Operations: Coordinate directly with our designer to organize, format, and deploy ad creatives, while testing tracking tags, GTM containers, Elementor form redirects, and payment webhooks.
Customer Registration & Onboarding Pipeline: Maintain the master database recording verified seat allocations, payment confirmations, and invoicing, while distributing pre-event briefing kits and webinar onboarding access.
