Role Overview:
This role will play a key role in building and scaling our digital product ecosystem.
This is a 0→1 product role, where you will take new product ideas from business and customer requirements through strategy, planning, execution, launch and iteration.
The role sits at the intersection of business, product, customer experience, data and technology. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically while being equally comfortable getting into the details and working with technology teams to get things built.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning
Understand business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities
Identify and prioritise product opportunities based on customer value and business impact
Define product vision, roadmap and MVPs for new digital initiatives
Research competitors, consumer behaviour and relevant digital products
Product Development & Execution
Take initiatives from idea → requirements → development → launch
Convert business requirements into PRDs, BRDs, user stories and functional requirements
Define user journeys,



workflows and product experiences
Work closely with developers and technology teams throughout development
Coordinate UAT, testing and deployment
Ensure initiatives are delivered with explicit priorities and timelines
Data, Growth & Optimisation
Use customer, sales and behavioural data to identify opportunities
Analyse customer journeys and identify friction points
Define KPIs and measure the impact of product initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, retention and repeat purchase
Use customer feedback, data and experimentation to continuously improve the product

Desired Skills:
2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Growth Product or a similar role
Experience working on 0→1 products, features or digital initiatives
Experience working directly with developers or technology teams
Strong understanding of produ
